Friday, March 23, 2012 at 2:12PM CharityVillage launched it's 2nd annual Salary survey for Canadian nonprofits yesterday.
The initiative hopes to build on the success of last year's inaugural study, which was the first of its kind to focus specifically on compensation and benefits in nonprofit organizations from across Canada. Last year saw almost 1,200 respondents report data on almost 16,400 employees in the Canadian charitable sector.
They are hoping to do even better this year! Participants recieve...
